30-Minute Arrival SLA Breach
If the assigned partner fails to arrive at your breakdown coordinates within 30 minutes of accepted ETA without valid emergency justification.
Partner Cancellation
If the technician cancels due to equipment mismatch, towing incompatibility, or distance constraints, 100% refund is credited instantly.
Unresolved Mechanical Failure

3 Cancellation Timeline & Fair Partner Allowance

- Fair Partner Travel Allowance: If a customer cancels after the technician has traveled more than 3 km toward the breakdown spot, a nominal fuel/time compensation (up to ₹99 or actual transit cost) is paid to the partner to respect their effort, and the remaining 100% balance is refunded to the customer.
- Vehicle Restarted Independently: If your vehicle restarts on its own before the technician reaches, notify the dispatch desk immediately for prompt cancellation processing.
