When you request assistance, your payment is safely held in RaahSathi's protected Escrow system. Yes, 100% of mechanics on RaahSathi undergo mandatory KYC audit, including Aadhaar/DL verification, workshop location audit, and criminal background checks. Each mechanic carries an official RaahSathi Digital ID badge visible on your tracking screen.

If on-site repair is not possible (e.g. major engine failure, severe collision, or gearbox failure), the mechanic will initiate Layer 4 Towing Assistance. A flatbed tow truck or hydraulic winch will be dispatched to transport your vehicle to your chosen workshop or nearest authorized brand service center.
